After our bout of insomnia last night we set off at 8am another day with only 4hrs sleep!!! Still we did managed to climb a total of 1300ft today. Luckily WE remembered the map today and did not get lost. Chef provided a substantial lunch which stood us in good stead for a great afternoon of riding.
All was going well until 10miles from home when the rain started and we got wet for a second day running.
The current injuries include Neil’s sore bits (in places which can not be mentioned on a family friendly web site or email and my need for a new knee cap and new hip!!
Looking forward to tomorrow’s ride as James Prowse is joining us for the day.
